摘要
通过访问图书馆主页的方式,分别对中国和美国各8所高校图书馆的FAQ服务现状进行了调查和对比分析,在此基础上提出了对我国高校图书馆FAQ服务的启示。
Through visiting the library main page,this paper separately has carried on the investigation and the contrastive analysis on present situations of university library＇s FAQ service in China and the United States.Author proposes some enlightenments to our country＇s university Library FAQ service based on analysis.
