摘要
将微波辐射技术应用于甲酸恒温酯化反应中。对家用微波炉进行了改造,利用该微波反应装置在恒温下研究了甲酸与正丙醇及正丁醇的酯化反应,同时研究了在无微波的传统热浴下相应的酯化反应,测定酯化的反应速率常数。实验表明,采用微波加热的反应速率常数都大于传统加热所得的值。由此可见,采用微波辐射在甲酸酯化中能极大地加快反应速率,缩短反应时间,存在"非热效应"。
The ester reactions of formic acid with different ethanol were made under controlled temperatures by microwave radiation and by the traditional heating bath.The reaction velocity constants were calculated.The results show that the reaction velocity constants by microwave radiation are larger than that by the traditional heat bath.Therefore,the microwave can speed up the reaction velocity of the ester of the formic and shorten the reaction time.The experimental results support that "not hot effect" exists in the microwave reaction.
