摘要
当前经管类实验室管理主要存在实验场地不够,实验设备利用率不高、实验室人员素质参差不齐、专职实验教师严重缺乏等问题。可以根据由教学管理创新、人员管理创新和开放管理创新构成的经管类实验室管理创新模型从实验教学过程管理创新、实验教学多元化创新、人员管理创新和实验室开放创新等方面创新管理,以培养社会需要的创新人才。
Currently the administration of economics and management laboratory has some problems.There are lack of site and low-level laboratory equipment utilization,uneven quality of laboratory personnel,and lack of professional laboratory teachers.According to the economics and business management innovation lab model,which is constructed by teaching management innovation,personnel management innovation and open innovation,we could innovate the management from experimental process of teaching management innovation,diversified experimental teaching,personnel management innovation and open innovation to cultivate talents needed by society.
