摘要
目的分析青海撒拉族和汉族健康人群CYP2C19 m1的多态性。方法采用PCR-RFLP技术对99例健康撒拉族和78例健康汉族人群CYP2C19 m1基因进行扩增及图谱分析。结果撒拉族与汉族CYP2C19 m1各种基因型出现频率分别为,wt/wt:0.455,0.474;wt/m1:0.485,0.439;m1/m1:0.061,0.088。撒拉族与汉族各种CYP2C19等位基因出现频率分别为,wt:0.697,0.692;m1:0.303,0.308。结论青海撒拉族人群的CYP2C19 m1基因频率分布状况与青海汉族人群接近。
Objective To study the polymorphism of CYP2C19 in Qinghai Sala and Han nationalities.Methods CYP2C19 m1 mutant alleles was detected using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism method(PCR-RFLP).Results CYP2C19 genotype frequencies in Qinghai Sala and Han nationalities were wt/wt:0.455,0.474;wt/m1:0.485,0.439 and m1/m1:0.061,0.088.CYP2C19 allele frequencies were wt:0.697,0.692 and ml:0.303,0.308.Conclusion The distribution of P-450 2C19 genes in the Sala in Qinghai province is close to those in the Han population.
