摘要
目的建立同时测定十八味诃子利尿丸中羟基红花黄色素A、姜黄素、盐酸小檗碱和没食子酸含量的方法。方法基于HPLC法,利用这4种成分的极性大小,和在一个色谱系统上的保留时间不同,考证不同流动相组合和梯度比例。通过UPLC法转换测定波长同时测定十八味诃子利尿丸4种药效成分的含量。结果此方法所测4种成分羟基红花黄色素A、姜黄素、盐酸小檗碱和没食子酸线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为99.50%,RSD=2.74%(n=6);100.04%,RSD=1.06%(n=6);100.94%,RSD=1.50%(n=6);102.59%,RSD=1.70%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法不仅能同时行多指标成分测定,而且检测时间短,方法简便、准确,为复方藏药制剂的质量控制提供了一种方法。
Objective To establish the simultaneous determination methods for hydroxysafflor yellow A curcumin berberine hydrochloride and gallic acid in Shibawei Heziliniao Pill is reported.Methods Based on HPLC,use this four ingredients polarity size,and in a chromatographic retention time on the system is different form research in different ratio of mobile phase composition and gradient.Wavelength conversion by UPLC method simultaneously detected in four efficacy components of shibawei heziliniao pill.Results The hydroxysafflor yellow A curcumin berberine hydrochloride and gallic acid linearity of this method was good.The average recovery of hydroxysafflor yellow A was 99.50% with RSD=2.74%(n=6),curcumin average recovery was 100.04% with RSD=1.06%(n=6),berberine hydrochloride average recovery was 100.94% with RSD=1.50%(n=6) and gallic acid average recovery was 102.59% with RSD=1.70%(n=6).Conclusion This method is not only more targets simultaneously measured components,and testing time is short.The method is simple,accurate,and provides a quality control method basis for Tibetan medicine in preparation of compounds.
