白水循环对相思木KP浆和白水的纤维形态及纸张性能的影响 被引量:1

The Effects of white water Recycling on the Fiber Morphology of Acacia kraft Pulp and white water and Paper Physical Properties

摘要 采用Morfi Compact纤维形态分析仪,对相思木漂白KP浆浆料和白水进行纤维分析,并在白水循环回用下进行抄片以及纸张性能的检测。结果表明,浆料纤维的数均长度和重均长度以及粗度比白水纤维的大,并且有更大的平均导管数,白水纤维的帚化率和切断率比浆料纤维的大,而且白水中细小纤维含量高,平均面积大。在白水回用下,随循环次数增加,纸张光学性能略微降低,透气度和粗糙度降低,强度性能得到较大提高。 The fiber morphology of acacia bleached kraft pulp and white water were analyzed by Morfi Compact and the properties of sheets under white water recycling were detected.The results showed that the arithmetical length, the weighted length and coarseness in acacia kraft pulp were larger than those in white water, and acacia kraft pulp had a high average number of vessel.The ratio of macrofibrills and broken ends in white water were larger and the content of fines in white water was significantly higher than that in acacia kraft pulp, and the average area of fines was also larger.The optical properties, air permeability and roughness for sheets decreased a little, while strength properties substantially increased with the increase of the times of white water recycling.
