摘要
目的了解临床护理管理者对护理博士的任职需求,在此基础上分析我国护理博士应具备的能力,为更有针对性地培养护理博士提供依据。方法对重庆市7所医院的护理部主任或副主任进行半结构访谈,现场录音,按现象学研究的方法整理分析资料,提炼出主题。结果通过阅读、分析、反思、分类和提炼,得出3个主题:(1)对护理博士的临床需求;(2)对护理博士临床作用的期望;(3)对护理博士能力的期望。结论目前对护理博士教育应突出以下三方面能力的培养:科研能力及学术交流能力,高级护理实践能力,管理能力及教育能力。
Objective To explore the clinical nursing managers' expectations on nurses with doctorate degree,and then to analyze the competences the doctoral nurses should have,so as to provide the evidence for the development of Chinese nursing doctoral education.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted on 7 directors or deputy directors of nursing department with lively interview records from 7 hospitals in Chongqing.Then the data were processed with the phenomenological research method to refine the themes.Results Through reading,analyzing,rethinking and classifying,3 points were obtained:(1)clinical demand of nurses with doctorate degree;(2)expectations for clinical role of nurses with doctorate degree;(3)expectations for the competences of nurses with doctorate degree.Conclusion Cultivation of the following competence should be emphasized in Chinese nursing doctoral education:scientific research communication,advanced nursing practice and management education.
