摘要
从1984年中山温泉高尔夫球会的建成至今,20余年来中国高尔夫产业已经有了长足的发展,而高尔夫专业服务与管理人才培养的滞后却成为制约我国高尔夫产业健康快速发展的重要瓶颈,而在我国高尔夫产业密集度最高的珠三角地区专业人才的供求矛盾尤为突出。基于对我国高尔夫产业的发展状况、高尔夫专业人才培养现状、区域性政策保障、办学条件等诸多因素的考量,系统论述了珠三角地区高职院校开设高尔夫专业的可行性,以期为高尔夫专业人才培养工作提供科学有力的参考,更好地为区域经济发展服务。
Zhongshan Hot Spring Golf Club in 1984 and today the completion of 20 years to China＇s golf industry has made great progress,and the golf professional services,personnel training and management of the lag as a constraint to the health of the golf industry quickly made an important bottleneck Zhang,while in China the highest concentration of golf industry professionals in the Pearl River Delta between supply and demand is particularly prominent.Based on the development of China＇s golf industry,golf professional status of personnel training,regional policy support,school conditions,and many other factors considered,the system discussed in the Pearl River Delta Vocational Colleges feasibility of professional golf to the golf professionals effective training to provide scientific information to better serve the regional economic development.
