摘要
针对隔河岩水电厂普遍存在的机组运行不稳定的问题,以1 号机组为对象,研究了不同水头、不同负荷、自然补气和不补气对机组稳定性的影响;摸清了不稳定区的范围、原因,提出了不稳定区数据及稳定性特性曲线;对稳定性特性进行了分析,指出了机组应该避免的运行负荷区;并建议电厂一方面采取疏通自然补气通道,扩大补气管径的方法增加补气量,另一方面,积极准备模型试验,采用加长泄水锥的方法以改善机组的稳定性。
For the extensive existed problems of un stability operation in Geheyan power plant,taking unit 1 for example,the influence on the unit stability due to various water heads,different loads,natural air injection and no air injection were investigated and the un stable range data,characteristics curve and the cause were found out,the stability characteristics was analyzed and the restricted operation load areas were pointed out.Finally the measures of dredging the natural air injection channel and enlarging the air injection pipe diameter to increase air injection amout were suggested.On the other hand,the model test of enlarging runner cone to improve the unit stability is being prepared
