摘要
高职学生的心理特点具有其特殊性,高职院校教育工作者应把握高职学生的心理特点,理性分析其心理现状,适时调整教育对策,培养其成为具备专业文化素质又有健康心理素质的高层次技能型人才。
Vocational student＇s psychological characteristics have their own specificity,educational workers in the college should grasp students＇ psychological features,analyze their psychological status rationally,adjust education countermeasures timely,so as to train them into high-level personnel with comprehensive professional skill and health psychology.
