摘要
目的:探讨对外伤性截瘫患者实施综合护理干预的临床疗效。方法:将210例外伤性截瘫患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行综合护理干预。观察两组患者FIM和Fugl-M eyer评分及QOLQ评分并观察两组患者并发症情况。结果:观察组FIM评分、QOLQ得分、改良式Fugl-M eyer积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),并发症发生情况观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:通过对外伤性截瘫患者进行综合护理干预,提高了患者的生命质量。
Objective：To evaluate the implementation of traumatic paraplegia patients with the clinical efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention.Methods： 210 patients with traumatic paraplegia were divided into two groups for routine care and comprehensive nursing intervention.To compare the FIM,Fugle-Meyer and QOLQ score,and observe the occur rate of complication.Results： The group FIM score,QOLQ score,modified Fugl-Meyer points better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05,P0.01）,complication rate were significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： The patients in traumatic paraplegia holistic nursing intervention to improve the quality of life of patients.
