PICC在胃肠肿瘤患者化疗中的应用及护理 被引量：1

摘要 目的：观察经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）在胃肠肿瘤患者化疗中的应用及护理。方法：为108例胃肠肿瘤患者实施PICC留置管,给予药物化疗。结果：108例患者PICC管留置成功为98%,留置时间15~145 d,平均80 d,患者均顺利完成1~5个疗程化疗。结论：PICC置管成功率高,解决了患者反复穿刺的痛苦及化疗药物对外周静脉的损伤,确保患者化疗顺利进行,减轻护士的工作量,且操作简单,危险性小。
