摘要
在pH=4.74的0.2mol/LHAc-NaAc缓冲体系中,Cd(Ⅱ)-邻菲咯啉络合物在单扫描示波极谱仪上于-0.79V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的吸附还原波,其二次微分极谐波灵敏度高,波形好。峰电流Ip"与Cd(Ⅱ)浓度在1.5×10-8~6.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,其检测下限为1.0×10-8mol/L。该法用于水中微量镉测定,结果较好。
The electrochemical behavior of cadmium (Ⅱ ) -1, 10-phenanthroline complex was investigated in a buffer solution of 0. 2 mol/L HAc-NaAc (pH= 4. 74). The Cd (Ⅱ) -phenanthroline complex produced a reduction peak at-0. 79 V (vs. SCE). Under optimum conditions, the detection limit of Cd (Ⅱ) and the linear range were 1. 0× 10-8 mol/L and 1. 5 ×10-8 ~ 6.0× 10-6 mol/L respectively. This method could be applied to determine trace cadmium in aqueous solution with satisfactory results.
