摘要
研究了气体扩散电极用于难降解活性艳红X-3B染料废水的处理,优化了催化剂LaNiO3和气体扩散电极的制备工艺。采用凝胶-溶胶法制备催化剂LaNiO3,其最佳制备工艺为:柠檬酸与金属离子摩尔比1.5∶1.0,pH 9,焙烧温度750℃;气体扩散电极的最佳制备工艺为:催化剂用量0.6 g,造孔剂用量0.6 g,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)用量3.0 g,焙烧温度300℃。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)等检测分析方法对所制备的催化剂和气体扩散电极进行表征和分析。结果表明,新型气体扩散电极具有良好的电催化性能。
Electrocatalytic degradation of refractory reactive brilliant red X-3B wastewater was performed in self-made gas diffusion electrode with LaNiO3 as catalyst.XRD and SEM were applied for the characterization and analysis of catalyst and electrode.The catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method,effect of citric acid dosage,pH,and backing temperature on catalytic performance was investigated and the optimal preparation processes were determined as follow: mole ratio of citric acid to metal ions was 1.5∶1.0,pH was 9 and baking temperature was 750 ℃.Applying 0.6 g of catalyst,0.6 g of pore-forming agent,3.0 g of PTFE baking at 300 ℃ for 2 h,the obtained electrode presented best electro-catalytic property.All of these results indicated that the novel gas diffusion electrode could be used for electrochemical treatment of refractory organic wastewater.
