摘要
目前连轧管机已成为我国无缝钢管生产的主力轧管机型。介绍了连轧管工艺、机型类别与特征,以及不同规格的连轧管机的机型选择,并结合实际工程对机型选择进行了探讨。分析认为:从芯棒传动方式来看,限动芯棒轧管工艺是发展趋势;对于中小规格连轧管机,三辊连轧管机比二辊连轧管机生产出的产品壁厚精度更高,但机组投资成本也更高;对大规格连轧管机,由于三辊的凸缘区小、轧槽浅速度差小,选择三辊连轧管机更为合理。
Up to now, the mandrel pipe mill has been used as the main type of pipe mills in the domestic seamless steel tube-making circles. Elaborated in the paper are the category and characteristics of the mandrel pipe mill, and type selection on the basis of different product size ranges. A discussion on the said type selection is made with examples of actual engineering projects. Finally, it is concluded that from the perspective of drive type of the mandrel, the retained-mandrel mill process will be the development trend; that speaking of the small or medium sized mandrel mill, although the 3-roll mandrel mill is capable of producing pipes with better wall thickness accuracy than that of pipes produced by the 2-roll mandrel mill, it requires higher initial investment than the latter; and that when it comes to the large-sized mandrel mill, the 3-roll mandrel mill will be a more reasonable choice due to its advantages as small flange area and shallow roll groove which provides small speed difference.
