步进式加热炉泵控液压系统优化研究

Study on Optimization of Pump-Controlled Hydraulic System for Walking Beam Reheating Furnace

摘要 对步进式加热炉泵控液压系统的主泵控制系统、主控阀台等各项功能、关键技术特点以及存在问题进行了分析,并结合新建加热炉的工艺要求,提出了功能优化方法,实施后大大降低了系统的复杂性和维护难度,同时提高了系统的可靠性和稳定性。 In this paper the functions and the key technical characteristics as well as existing problems of main pumps and main valve stand of pump-controlled hydraulic system for walking beam reheating furnace have been analyzed,combined with the new furnace process requirements,a suitable functional optimal method has been proposed to reduce system complexity and maintenance difficulty,while increasing reliability and stability.
