摘要
本文报道2例玻璃体充满前房的开角青光眼,应用前玻璃体剪切合并睫状体分离术治疗,效果较为满意,并对本病的诊断和治疗进行了讨论,认为抗青光眼药物及滤过性手术治疗常难奏效,而前玻璃体切除合并睫状体分离术是值得选用的手术。
This paper reports the cyclodialysis combined with anterior vitrectomy for open-angle glaucoma associated with vitreous humor filling the anterior chamber in 2 cases. Satisfactory effect was obtained. The diagnosis and treatment are discussed in this paper. The authors consider that since the medicines and the filtration operations are not effective for such cases, the cyclodialysis combined with anterior vitrectomy are worth popularizing clinically.
