摘要
中转速、低压降、高扭矩减速涡轮钻具配合高效优质PDC钻头或高速长寿命ATM、MAX等系列牙轮钻头钻进,可大幅度提高大直径井眼的钻进速度。介绍了φ250mm减速涡轮钻具的工作原理及特点,及在吐哈油田正东10井的试验情况。试验表明,减速涡轮钻具配牙轮钻头钻进比转盘旋转钻进的机械钻速提高 230%;配 PDC钻头钻进比转盘旋转钻进的机械钻速提高336%。从而缩短了钻井周期,节约了钻井成本,取得了较好的效果。
The penetration rate of large hole drilling can be highly increased by the decelerating turbodrill with medium rotary speed, low pressure drop and large torque, combined with high quality and efficiency PDC bits or ATM and MAX roller bits. This paper presents the working principle, features of 250mm decelerating turbodrill and its field testing in Well Qiudong-- 10 of Tuba Oilfield. The field test indicates that the penetration rates of the decelerating turbodrill is increased by 230% with roller bits, and by 336% with PDC bits. The drilling cycle is shorten and the drilling cost is reduced by the use of turbodrill.
