摘要
根据管道的穿透性裂纹与非穿透性裂纹起裂准则,考虑管道的材料参数、几何参数以及温度载荷参数,建立了管道的二次三阶矩几何非线性随机有限元方程,对其表面裂纹这一随机机械损伤进行了可靠度计算,并与Monte-Carlo有限元方法进行了比较。结果表明,该可靠性研究方法适用于管道钢管的质量评价,对评价管道的可靠性具有重要意义。
Based on the crack-making principle of penetrating crack and the material parameters,geometry parameters and loading parameters. The paper presents the geometry non-linear stochastic finite element function of pipeline's square-third order matrix,and the reliability on the crack of random machinery damage was calculated,then it was showed that the reliable research was truce and had a significance for appraising the pipeline reliability.
