摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了热应力分析,对准10和准16两种规格的热胀夹头进行了热变形测量实验,实验数据与模拟分析有较好的吻合,为热胀夹头的优化设计提供了理论基础。
The paper carried out finite element simulation of the thermal stress by finite element analysis software of ANSYS.Thermal deformation experiment was carried out for Ф10 and Ф16 specifications thermo grip.Experimental results appear in agreement with simulation analysis very well,which provides the theory support for the optimal design of thermo grip.
