摘要
针对传统供水方式的自动化水平低,耗电大,管网水压波动不稳,高峰时高层用户供水时有障碍等问题,设计了一套变频恒压供水控制系统,主要由变频器,PLC,泵电机,电控柜以及压力变送器等组成。对系统的节能原理,硬件组成和工作原理做了详细的介绍。该系统已成功应用于小区的供水控制,不仅自动化水平高,节能,而且克服了供水过程中的水锤效应。
Against such problems as low automatic level,heavy consumption of electricity,unstable water pressure and poor ability to supply the water to high buildings in rush hours of the traditional water supply way,a set of frequency -control constant-pressure water supply system was designed,which was composed of the inverter,PLC,pump motor,control cabinet and pressure transducer.The energysaving principle,hardware and working fundamental was introduced in detail.The system had been successfully applied into some residential districts with the advantages of high automatic level and energy-saving,overcoming the water hammer effect during water supply course.
