摘要
从碳化法制备拟薄水铝石的机理、生产过程中的成胶温度、NaAlO_2溶液浓度、CO_2浓度、干燥温度、老化温度和时间及碳化法分解生产的传统间歇、超重力法碳化间歇和连续碳化工艺进行了评述,并对碳化法今后发展提出了建议。
The mechanism,the influence factors such as gelation temperature, the concentration of NaAlO2 solution and CO2, drying temperature, aging temperature and time, and carbonization process of pseudoboehmite preparation in recent years, including the processes of traditional intermission, carbonization intermission by high gravity method and continuous carbonization, were reviewed. The prospect of pseudoboehmite produced by carbonization process in the future was also outlined.
