摘要
在重庆大城市带大农村的背景下,发展农村金融具有标杆意义。本文在对重庆发展农村金融条件分析的基础上,从农村金融现状、困境着手,对重庆农村金融的问题作了比较深入的剖析。提出了促进重庆农村金融发展的政策建议,其核心是构建与城乡统筹相适应的农村金融体系。
