摘要
本文应用心电图三种方法检测72例原发性高血压病人和80例正常人的左室肥厚诊断准确位．并与超声心动用对照。结果：ΣQRS、Fisher判别法和QRS波振幅时间乘积对左室肥厚诊断的敏感性分别是41．2％、51．0％、56．9％，其中QRS波振幅时间乘积[（RV5＋SV1）·T]不仅准确性高，而且方法简单，计算方便，用于筛选高血压有无左室肥厚有一定价值。
B mode ultrasound was applied inthe diagnosis of 115 cases of senile hepatic cyst dueto senile degeneralion. In 38 cases, there were duclsconnecIing with each other around the cysts, prov ing the segmental dilation of intrahepatic ducts.Since ultrasonography can show specific character istics, it is helpful in clinical differentiation.
