摘要
[ 摘要] [ 目的] 优化黄藤中掌叶防己碱的提取条件.[ 方法] 通过多水平的对比实验优化各提取条件.[ 结果] 冰醋酸溶液20mL/L时产品得率为10-8 % ,浸渍时间在24h 时的得率为11-0 % , 提取液碱化条件为pH10 时产品得率为11-3 % , 氯化钠用量为11 % 时产品得率为11 .8 % ,以上条件综合实验结果产品得率可达12-1 % .[ 结论] 黄藤中掌叶防己碱的提取条件:提取溶剂为20mL/L 醋酸溶液,浸渍时间为24h ,提取液碱化条件为pH10 ,氯化钠用量为11 % .
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction conditions of palmatine in the Fibraturea tinctoria Lour.. METHODS To optimize the extraction condition using comparative test of multi level. RESULTS The extraction solution is 20mL/L ice acetic acid , the yield is 10.8%; the macerative time is 24 hours,it is 11.0%; the alkalization condition of extraction solution is pH10 , it is 11.3%; the quantity of sodium chloride is 11% of the volume of extraction soution, it is 11.8%. To compare all the extraction conditions the best yield is 12.1%.CONCLUSIONS The extraction conditions:the extraction solution is 20mL/L acetic acid, the macerative time is 24h,the alkalization condition of extraction solution is pH10 and the quantity of sodium chloride is 11% of the volume of the extraction solution.
