摘要
18V390 主柴油机遥控装置, 采用单回路闭环控制的电—气遥控方式。电/ 气转换器至伺服气缸之间的气动传输管路存在纯时延、主柴油机自身低速区的不稳定性, 可能引起低速调节区的“振荡”。选择改善二者性能之一的一种方案, 能达到使柴油机在调节区稳速运行的目的。
The remote control system for 18V390 marine diesel engine widely adopts the electropneumatic remote control method,which is controled by one feedback closed loop.Because of the pure delay in pneumatic pipline between I/P and SC and the diesel self-unstability at low-speed,the vibration of diesel at lowspeed will possiblly occure. To improve one performance of the both above,can make the diesel run smoothly at lowspeed.
