摘要
目的探讨高职护理专业新生社会支持感知与学校适应的相关性。方法抽取2009级护理专业新生459名为调查对象,调查工具包括学生基本资料问卷、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)及高职护理专业学生学校适应问卷。结果学生社会支持感知维度条目得分为(5.34±0.79)分;家庭支持、朋友支持、其他方面(亲属、社会等)支持的得分分别为(5.52±0.86)分、(5.38±0.97)分、(5.12±0.95)分。学生学校适应平均得分为(3.41±0.60)分,学习适应、人际适应及情绪适应得分分别为(3.32±0.81)分、(3.20±0.70)分及(3.57±0.61)分。学生社会支持感知与学习适应、人际适应和情绪适应的相关系数在0.18~0.38(P〈0.05)。结论高职学生感知到的社会支持越高,学校适应水平越强,社会支持是影响高职学生学校适应的重要影响因素。
Objective To discuss the relationship between nursing students' social support perception and adaptation to college. Methods A total of 459 nursing students enrolling in 2009 were investigated by using nursing students' general information questionnaire,Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),and advised questionnaire about the students' adaptation to college. Results The mean score of PSSS was 5.34±0.79,and the score of support from family,friends and other aspects(relatives,society and so on) was 5.52±0.86,5.38±0.97 and 5.12±0.95 respectively. The mean score of the students' adaptation to college was 3.41±0.60,and the score of study adaption,interpersonal adaptation and emotional adjustment was 3.32±0.81,3.20±0.70 and 3.57±0.61 respectively. The correlation coefficient among new nursing students' appreciation of social support,interpersonal adaptation and emotional adjustment was between 0.18 to 0.38(P0.05). Conclusions The higher social support nursing students appreciate to get,the better they adapt to college. Social support is a key factor for the students' adaptation to college.
