哈密市铁路辖区2004-2009年食品及公共场所从业人员HBsAg携带率调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解哈密市铁路辖区食品、公共场所从业人员乙肝病毒携带状况,为制订防治对策提供科学依据。方法使用胶体金试纸条标准方法对受检者进行血清HBsAg检测。结果 6年累计体检7 879人,共检出HBsAg阳性者103人,携带率为1.31%,明显低于2006年全国人群乙肝血清流行病学调查结果15~59岁人群HBsAg携带率8.57%;男性高于女性,其差异有统计学意义(x^2=11.56,P<0.05);14~29岁携带率较高。结论加强从业人员预防性体检和执法力度,普及乙肝防治知识,提倡乙肝疫苗接种,健全食品安全法律法规。 Objective To know the carrier status of HBV of the food and public places employees in the railway area of Hami city, and to provide a scientific basis to formulate countermeasures about prevention and cure. Methods Colloidal gold test paper strips standard method was adopted to detect serum HBsAg of subjects. Results The number of cumulative examination were 7879 in 6 years, the people of HBsAg-positive were 103, its carrying rate of HBsAg was of 1.31%. And this result significantly lower than the epidemiological survey of hepatitis B serum of national population in 2006, its carrying rate of HBsAg was of 8.57% from aged 15 to 59; Male is higher female. The difference was significant (X^2 = 11.56, P〈0.05); The carrying rate is higher in 14-29 years old. Conclusion They are necessary for the employees to strengthen preventive examination and law enforcement, to universalize knowledge of hepatitis B prevention and control, to advocate hepatitis B vaccination, and to improve food safety laws and regulations.
