摘要
文章计算了新生儿疾病筛查工作的成本-效益。2007年我国全面开展新生儿疾病筛查的总成本为10.70亿元,总效益为73.83亿元,净效益约为63亿元。新生儿疾病筛查工作的效益成本比为1∶6.90。对全社会而言,新生儿疾病筛查工作有着巨大的成本效益,应积极完善该项工作的支付机制,扩大覆盖率。
We calculated the cost and benefit of neonatal screening in the way of health economic evaluation methods.In 2007,the cost of neonatal screening in China was 1.07 billion yuan,the benefit was 7.38 billion yuan.So the net benefit was 6.3 billion yuan,and the benefit-cost ratio was 1：6.90.Therefore,the coverage of neonatal screening should be expanded and the payment mechanism of the project should be improved because of the huge economic benefit of the project.
