摘要 p27 Kip1基因是近年来新发现的一种抑癌基因,其编码的p27 Kipl蛋白为细胞周期素依赖性蛋白激酶抑制因子(CDKI),在调控细胞周期中具有十分重要的作用。p27蛋白表达下调与恶性肿瘤细胞的异常增殖、癌变关系密切。研究还发现p27基因及其表达产物对于肿瘤患者的预后、指导肿瘤治疗及调节机体生长发育方面也有着十分重要的作用。许多研究发现端粒酶与细胞周期及细胞周期调节因子之间有着紧密的联系,而p27蛋白是CDKI家族的一个重要成员,因此认为p27蛋白的表达与端粒酶活性可能有联系。 p27 Kip1 gene is a recent discovery of a new tumor suppressor gene,its encoded protein p27 cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor(CDKI),the regulation of cell cycle progression in a very important role,p27 reduced protein expression and abnormal proliferation of cancer cells,cancer are closely related.The study also found that the expression of p27 gene and its product of the prognosis for cancer patients to guide treatment and regulation of growth and development of the body also have an important roles.In addition,many studies found that telomerase and the cell cycle and cell cycle regulatory factors were closely linked,and CDKI p27 Kip1 protein is a key member of the family,so that the p27 protein expression and telomerase activity may be linked.
