摘要
目的探讨综合护理在脑梗死患者康复中的效果和价值。方法选取娄底市娄星区人民医院近2年来收治的124例脑梗死患者,分为对照组和观察组,各62例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果对照组总有效率为88.71%,观察组总有效率为98.39%;且观察组神经功能评分和心理改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死患者治疗过程中,通过综合护理能够提高治疗效果,改善生理和心理功能,促进康复。
Objective To study the comprehensive care in patients with cerebral infarction in the rehabilitation of effectiveness and value.Methods The nearly 2 years from 124 cases treated patients with cerebral infarction,divided into the control group and the observation group,each 62 examples.The control group by routine care,the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing,compared with two groups nursing effect.Results The total effective rate of 88.71% group,observation group total effectiveness is 98.39%;and the observation group neurobehavioral scores and mental improvement are better than control group,a statistically significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusions In patients with cerebral infarction treatment process,through comprehensive nursing can improve treatment effect and improves the physiological and psychological function,stimulative rehabilitation.
