油田污水中去除阳离子的方法 被引量:3

摘要 通过纳滤膜处理油田污水,用ICP-AES测定原液及处理后的样品溶液中剩余阳离子的含量,计算去除率。该法可使污水中大量的阳离子去除,对Ca2+去除率可达到60%左右,Mg2+去除率在40%左右,Ba和Si去除率在50%左右,对Na、K的处理效果也能达到了30%以上。去除效果良好,这能使油田污水的矿化度大大降低。该法对防止污水配聚使聚合物粘度降低,提高原油采收率非常有利,同时也可降低油田地下管道结垢的现象。 Treatment oilfield sewage with nanofiltration membrane and spare cation contents were determined in basic liquid and treated sample solution by ICP-AES,and removal rates were calculated.The method could remove a large number of cations in sewage.Removal rate of Ca2+ was 60% around,and removal rate of Mg2+ was about 40%,while removal rates of Ba and Si were about 50%,and removal rates of Na,K were more than 30%.The efficiency of removal was very good,that could greatly reduce the salinity in oilfield sewage.The method is very favorable to prevent the polymer viscosity from reducing,and to improve oil recovery,but also to reduce the phenomenon of the scale in underground pipe.
