制冷系统中双转子压缩机建模与性能分析

摘要 双转子压缩机主要用于热泵制冷系统中,该系统以CO2作为制冷剂,具有无毒、不易燃等特点,但是CO2体系制冷效能较低。为了提高制冷效能,有必要对双转子压缩机进行建模和分析。主要对CO2压缩机的工作过程进行了建模和分析,并编制仿真分析程序,对双转子压缩机模型第一、二级内部压力进行了连续测量,给出了详细的性能分析结果,给出了双转子压缩机模型两级压力与容积关系图,得到了不同模型下,双转子压缩机模型在不同压力条件下,制冷效果与级间温差之间的相互关系。 The double rotor compressor mainly is used in the heat pump refrigeration system, which takes CO2 as the refrig- erant with the advantages of non - toxic, being not easy flammable and so on, but with short of low refrigeration potency. In order to enhance the refrigeration potency, it is necessary to carry on the modeling and the analysis to the double rotor compressor. In this paper CO2 compressor work process was modeled and analysed, the simulation software was established. The pressures of first stage and second stage in double rotor compressor weremeasured and detail results were given. The relation between the pressure of two stages and volume was obtained. The relation between refrigeration potency and interstage temperature difference was also obtained in the different models and pressures.
