摘要
探讨精梳机梳针锯齿锡林的技术研发及创新成果。分析了梳针锡林与锯齿整体锡林的优缺点,阐述了新型梳针锯齿锡林在机构、原理、加工工艺等关键技术创新点,并与进口锯齿整体锡林进行了纺纱效果对比分析。指出:梳针锯齿锡林机构新颖,适纺性强,分梳效果好,有助于精梳机实现高速、重定量,高效率、低耗能,具有性价比高、维修保养简易、方便等优势。
Technology research & development and innovation results of combed comb-needle saw-tooth cylinder were discussed. Advantages and disadvantages of comb-needle cylinder and saw-tooth cylinder were analyzed. Key tech-nology innovation of new comb-needle cylinder in mechanism, principle and processing et al were introduced,then the spinning effect was analyzed and contrasted with the imported saw-tooth integral cylinder. It is pointed out that mechanism of comb-needle saw-tooth cylinder is fresher,the spinnability is stronger, carding effect is better, which is helpful for comber to realize higher speed, heavier weight per unit, higher efficiency, lower energy-consumption, better cost performance,easier maintenance et al.
