摘要
本文采用BaTiO3作为基料,SrTiO3、CaCO3、B i2O3.3TiO3等作为辅料,制备无铅高压陶瓷电容器介质材料,探索和研究了添加剂对介质材料性能的变化和影响,得到了介电常数可调、综合介电性能稳定的介质材料结果。从研究结果表明,在BaTiO3中加入摩尔数分数40%Sr-TiO3、15%CaCO3,3%B i2O3.3TiO2时,其εr为1305、tgδ为7×10-4、Eb为14.5 kv/mm;在-55~+125℃的工作温度范围内,电容率ΔC/C为+12.4%~-11.9%。可以满足在微光夜视仪的电源倍压电路中的应用效果,从而用无铅化组合高压陶瓷电容器的介质材料取代含铅化高压陶瓷电容器的介质材料。
Unleaded dielectric material is the key issue for developing unleaded electronic products.In this paper,the dielectric material for unleaded high voltage ceramic capacitor is developed by using BaTiO3 as a base material and using SrTiO3、CaCO3、Bi2O3·3TiO3 as auxiliary materials.A dielectric material with adjustable dielectric constant and stable comprehensive dielectricity has been found through the investigations of the influence of additives on the dielectric behaviors of the material.A dielectric material has been developed with BaTiO3 as a base material and other additives of 40 mol% SrTiO3,15 mol% CaCO3,3 mol% Bi2O3·3TiO2.The εr of the material is 1305,tg is 7×10-4 and Eb is 14.5 kv/mm and capacity is +12.4%~-11.9% between-55~+125 ℃ work temperature.This unleaded material can replace the leaded material and perfectly works in the power supply voltage multiplying circuit of the low-light-level(LLL) night vision sight device.
