摘要 污水厂的微孔曝气器经过长期运行后,水中的钙质、铁类积垢易沉积在曝气膜片上,造成微孔堵塞而影响曝气效果,使充氧能力和搅拌性能大大降低;由于管路不畅,还会引起风机压差增大,从而使得风机长期在高负荷和高能耗下运行,影响安全稳定生产。对曝气系统进行改造后,采用甲酸清洗曝气器,实施后达到了预期效果。 After long-term operation of microporous aerator in sewage treatment plant, calcium and iron in water easily deposit on the aerator film and form a fouling layer, which leads to blockage of the pores, thus affecting the aeration efficiency and reducing the oxygenation capacity and mixing performance. The differential pressure of blower is increased due to obstructed air pipe, causing the blower to operate under high load and high energy consumption, and affecting safe and stable production. After the reconstruction of aeration system, the aerator is cleaned with formic acid, and the expected effect is achieved.
