摘要
为解决急倾斜煤层综采工作面设备稳定性差、采煤机开机率低以及操作人员安全保障低的问题,采用现场实际应用结合理论分析的方法研究了工作面设备稳定控制措施,结果表明:在工作面下端头排头支架稳定的基础上,每隔8架支架安装防滑防倒和调架千斤顶保证整体支架的稳定;刮板输送机机头通过防滑千斤顶、锚链和地锚连接后每隔7架支架安设一组输送机防滑链实现了输送机的稳定;采煤机单向割煤速度不超过2 m/m in;同时通过安装人行道防飞矸装置保证了工作人员安全,利用改造的超前液压支架组提高了超前支护质量。
In order to solve the poor stability of the equipment applied to the fully mechanized coal mining face in the steep inclined seam,the low utilization rate of the coal shearer and the low safety protection of the operation personnel,the site actual application and theoretical combined analysis method was applied to study the stability control measures of the face equipment.The results showed that based on the stability of the front powered supports at the tail end of the coal mining face,the anti sliding and anti tumble as well as the powered support adjustment jack shall be installed at each eight sets of the powered supports in order to ensure the stability of the integrated powered support.After the face conveyor head connected with the anti sliding jack,anchor chain and ground anchor,a group of the conveyor anti sliding chain shall be installed at each seven powered supports to ensure the stability of the conveyor.The unidirectional coal cutting speed of the coal shearer shall not be over 2 m/min.The flying coal reject prevention device installed in the personnel walking way of the powered supports could ensure the safety of the miners.The advance support quality could be improved with the rebuilt advance powered support group.
