摘要
为研究褶皱区构造应力对巷道支护的影响,解决褶皱区巷道支护难题,分析了褶皱区构造应力对巷道支护的影响特征及对支护的特殊要求及高预应力锚杆支护技术。研究认为:褶皱区巷道支护要有较高承载能力、支护材料抗冲击性、围岩稳定性和围岩整体性;高预应力锚杆支护对构造应力区巷道有较好的适应性。将该技术应用于枣泉煤矿,结果表明:高预应力锚杆支护巷道表面位移量降低75%以上,掘进速度提高7倍,并保证了顶板煤体的完整,巷道变形得到有效控制。
In order to study the structural stress of fold zone affected to the mine roadway support and solve the support difficulties of the mine roadway in the fold zone,the paper had an analysis on the influence features of the structure stress in the fold zone to the mine roadway support as well as the special requirements of the support technology conception of the high pre-stressed bolt.The study held that the mine roadway support in the fold zone should ensure a high bearing capacity,the impact resistance of the support material,the surrounding rock stability and the surrounding rock completeness.The high stressed bolt support technology would have a good suitability to the mine roadway in the structural stress zone.The technology had been applied to Zaoquan Mine.The results showed that the surface displacement value of the mine roadway with the high pre-stressed bolt supports was reduced over 75% and the mine roadway heading speed was improved by seven times which could ensure the completeness of top coal and could effectively control mine roadway deformation.
