摘要
目的探讨绩效考核在社区卫生服务精细化管理中的效能。方法 2009年对我社区卫生服务中心的54名工作人员进行分组分层,设立试验组与对照组管理一年,比较两组的居民满意度、知晓率、服务居民人次、服务总量等几个方面。结果在同样的绩效考核方案及分配方案、不同的绩效工资组成情况下,试验组的辖区居民总满意度、总知晓率较对照组明显提高,年入户随访人次、其他方式年随访人次、年入户随访量及年其他随访量等明显增加。结论实际工作中严格的绩效考核是社区卫生服务机构精细化管理的重要体现,是提高职工工作积极性的重要保障。
Objective To explore the efficacy of performance appraisal in refined management of community health services.Methods Totally 54 medical workers were hierarchically divided as trial group and control group in 2009 for one year management.The data on the residents′ satisfaction rate,awareness,and personal time of service,total quantity of service were compared between the two groups.Results In the same performance appraisal and distribution scheme and the different composition of merit pay,compared with control group,in the trial group the residents′ satisfaction and general awareness were significantly increased,and the number of follow-up at patients′ home and other types per year,and the quantity of follow-up at patients′ home and other models were also obviously increased.Conclusion Strict performance appraisal in actual practice is the important realization of refined management in community health services,and it is a key to raise the initiatives of the medical staff.
