摘要
介绍了超高压处理对食品包装材料性能影响的研究进展.从包装材料的结构、阻隔性、机械性、成分吸附及迁移等方面进行阐述,并展望了该领域未来的研究重点和发展方向.
The changes in the properties of food packaging materials under high-pressure processing (HPP) in recent years were reviewed in this paper. The properties of packaging materials including structure, barrier property, mechanical property, sorption behavior, and migration of components were described. The development trend and research emphasis in future were also briefly discussed.
