摘要
目的讨论在我国进行ＰＡＣＳ和ＨＩＳ／ＲＩＳ集成面临的问题并提出相关建议。材料与方法本文首先简要概述了 ＰＡＣＳ和 ＨＩＳ／ＲＩＳ，其次介绍了 ＰＡＣＳ与 ＨＩＳ／ＲＲ之间互连的必要性，再根据ＰＡＣＳ与ＨＩＳ／ＲＩＳ的情况提出了一些相应的互连方案。结果提出了在我国实现 ＰＡＣＳ和 ＨＩＳ／ＲＩＳ集成所面临的一些问题。结论在我国解决ＰＡＣＳ和 ＨＩＳ／ＲＩＳ集成问题需要相关厂商、医院和行业协会之间通力合作，制定统一的ＰＡＣＳ和ＨＩＳ／ＲＩＳ集成规范，这才是根本解决这一问题的关键。
Purpose To discuss the problems to be faced in the integration of PACS and HIS/RIS in China and some suggestion will be given. Methods This paper briefly introduces the concept of PACS and HIS/RIS firstly;Secondly,the importance of interconnection between PACS and HIS/RIS is described;And then,it presents some PACS and HIS/RIS interconnection methods. Results Set forth some problems to be faced in implements of PACS and HIS/RIS integration in China. Conclusion it needs cooperation of related manufacturers,hospitah and associations to solve problems of PACS and HIS/RIS integration, maybe a standard should be established.
