摘要
针对智能变电站网络化信息共享的特点,根据220kV西泾智能变电站实施方案,提出"SV/GOOSE信息流图+SV/GOOSE信息逻辑配置表+装置光缆联系图"的智能化变电站二次施工图设计方法。SV/GOOSE信息流图表达逻辑原理,SV/GOOSE信息逻辑配置表将原理映射为虚回路的具体输入输出信号关联,装置光缆联系图描述物理介质连接方法。三者结合,准确指导了西泾变电站工程的数据模型配置、施工及调试。在此基础上提出加快开发智能站二次系统设计工具的需求。
Considering characteristics of network information sharing in smart substations,this paper provides a design method according to the implementing scheme of 220kV Xijing smart substation,that is "SV/GOOSE information-flow charts+ SV/GOOSE information logic configuration tables+Optical cable connection charts"method.SV/GOOSE information-flow charts describe logical principle of virtual circuit.SV/GOOSE information logic configuration tables map the principle to concrete link between input and output signals.Optical cable connection charts describe physical connection of equipments.This method gives the solution of data model configuration,construction and commissioning of the Xijing project accurately.Based on this implementation experience,this paper also pionts it out that it is necessary to speed up the developing of design tools for the secondary system of smart substation.
