基于结构方程模型的亚健康状态中医证候量化分析研究 被引量:17

Analysis on structural equation model of sub-optimal health status quantification diagnosis

摘要 目的:探讨亚健康状态中医证候的量化诊断,为亚健康状态的证候规范化研究提供参考。方法:利用结构方程模型(SEM),在2 807例亚健康状态者的临床流行病学调查资料基础上,对亚健康状态中医证候进行量化分析。结果:构建的结构方程模型参数估计均为显著,模型拟合指数分别为:比较拟合指数(CFI)=0.823,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.060。结构方程模型中,通过通径系数可显示不同证候间的影响程度,如气虚证对肺气虚证的影响程度最大,而火证与湿证相互影响程度最大;通过载荷系数可显示亚健康状态各证候中不同症状的权重程度。如气虚证中各症状重要程度由大到小分别为:头晕、懒言、气短、四肢无力、疲劳、疲劳程度。结论:基于结构方程模型方法,可初步确定亚健康状态不同中医证候间的相互影响程度以及量化诊断要点。 Objective:To explore the quantification diagnosis of sub-optimal health status and provide reference for the standardization of sub-optimal health status syndromes.Methods:Structural equation model was used to make quantitive analysis on the syndromes of sub-optimal health status on the base of the data of 2807 cases.Results:The fit of our model provided a good fit to our data with CFI=0.823 and RMSEA=0.060.The influence of syndromes should be displayed by the path coefficient.Deficiency of qi made the most dominant influence to deficiency of lung qi.The interrelationship degree of fire syndrome due to dampness syndrome was greatest.It had been shown that estimate factor should indicate the importance degree of different symptoms in syndrome of sub-optimal health status.The major symptoms in qi deficiency syndrome can be ranked from high to low in terms of their importance:dizziness,lazy speech,shortness of breath,weakness,fatigue,degree of fatigue.Conclusion:Structural equation model can be used to set up the quantification diagnosis points of sub-optimal health status.
