鼠类膀胱原位模型建立的研究进展

摘要 为了研究膀胱癌的发生发展机制,探索和人类膀胱癌的生物学行为类似的动物膀胱癌原位模型是开发新型膀胱腔内抗肿瘤约物的实验基础,本文回顾了以往和最近的鼠类膀胱癌原位模型建立的方法、特点和经验,为更好的指导动物实验提供参考。
