摘要
目的:筛选冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰瘀互结证)症状条目,规范症状条目下的语言描述,为构建量表提供现实基础。方法:运用深度访谈法获取访谈资料,通过定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法,对2名预访谈对象和10名正式访谈对象的访谈资料进行分析,筛选条目。结果:获得与冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰瘀互结证)临床疗效评价相关的23个条目指标及各指标对应的规范化语言描述。结论:应用定性与定量相结合的方法分析深度访谈资料所获的条目指标,可以作为构建自评量表的数据基础。
Objective ： Items selection and symptom language normalization of CHD - stable angina, which can provide practical basis for building a scale. Methods ： To adopt in - depth interview to collect qualitative data, and data were analyzed by both qualitative and quantitative method to select items. Results ： Obtained 23 items related to clinical evaluation of Stable angina pectoris （phlegm and blood stasis symptom） and the corresponding index language to describe. Conclusion： item collected through qualitative and quantitative analysis can be used as database for building scale.
