摘要
[目的]研究小环藻在罗氏沼虾人工育苗中的应用情况。[方法]2009年5月8日和2010年6月25日分别开展了2批罗氏沼虾人工育苗试验,通过在育苗水体中接种小环藻调节育苗水质,试验分为试验组(接种藻类)和对照组(不接种藻类)。[结果]试验组单池育苗成活率为54.30%~71.11%,平均育苗成活率达到63.44%;对照组单池育苗成活率为33.43%~59.86%,平均育苗成活率达到43.98%;试验组育苗成活率比对照组高19.46个百分点。水质分析结果表明,试验组氨氮和亚硝酸盐含量分别比对照组低30.77%和25.38%,水质明显好于对照组,说明小环藻对育苗水体水质起到了明显的调节作用。[结论]这种利用藻类育苗的生态育苗方法为解决目前罗氏沼虾育苗生产中水质恶化和病害问题提供了一种新思路,值得在规模化苗种生产中推广。
[Objective]The research aimed to determine Pb concentrations on plant leaves by extraction-luminosity methods.[Method]Samples of plant leaves were soaked in the nitric acid solution,and the Pb on it was dissoluted.At pH of 8.0-9.0,Pb and diphenyl thiocarbazone reacted into red composition.Extracted with dichloromethane,and the absorbency of this red composition was determined.Then the concentration of Pb was figured out through specification curve.[Result]The results showed that Pb concentration of leave samples collected from around the road was 2.10×10-3 g/L,and that of samples collected far from the road was 1.26×10-3 g/L.[Conclusion]The method taken in this study had the advantages of sensitive,simple and high selectivity,and could reach the demands of the analysis on air pollution.
