摘要
通过对钢水过程温度变化及盛钢容器的热损失分析后提出,加强对钢包和中间罐的管理和采取有关措施,可使出温度降至1660~1680℃。采用钢水加热措施对普通钢连铸并不适宜,不仅增加钢的生产成本,而且不利于组织多炉连浇。
Having analyzed both changes in temperatures of liquid steel in process and heatloss in ladles and tundish, it is suggested that tapping temperature can be reduced from 1660℃ to1680℃ by taking furthur control on ladle and tundish and adopting some relative measurements.Simple heating liquid steel is not a appropriate way for common steel continuous casting, because itwould not only increase cost for steelmaking but also is not good to organize sequence casting.
