摘要
对帘线钢盘条索氏体片层间距控制进行了理论分析和生产实践研究。根据理论分析确定了控制索氏体片层间距所需的盘条相变过程的转变温度;通过测定帘线钢的相变过程连续冷却曲线,确定了盘条吐丝后冷却速度。在生产实践中采用了增加风机风量的方法,增加了盘条相变过程的冷却速度,保证了盘条相变温度,使盘条索氏体片层间距得到了有效控制。
Theoretical analysis and production practice study on controlling the lamellar spacing of the sorbite structure of a cord steel coil are made.The transformation temperature during phase transformation required by controlling the lamellar spacing of the sorbite is defined based on the theoretical analysis.The cooling speed for the coil after coiling is established through determining the continuous cooling curve in the process of the phase transformation of the cord steel.The cooling speed in the process of the phase transformation is increased and the transformation temperature of the coil is guaranteed by increasing the air volume of the fan during production so that the lamellar spacing of the sorbite of the coil is controlled effectively.
