摘要
文章基于价值的相关理论,结合高校科技查新的现状,分析了高校科技查新在科研工作中的价值。提出高校科技查新具有情报价值、社会价值、经济价值、使用价值、技术价值、时效价值以及查新服务过程价值,并建立了科技查新价值评价体系,为提高查新服务质量,更好地挖掘科技查新在高校科研工作中的潜在价值奠定基础。
Based on the theory of value,and combining with the status quo of the sci-tech novelty retrieval of universities,this article makes and analysis of the value of the sci-tech novelty retrieval in the overall work of scientific research in universities and points out that the value of sci-tech novelty retrieval should embody social value,economic value,technical value,prescriptive value,the value of information,the value of use,and the value of the process of the services.This paper establishes the value evaluation system of the sci-tech novelty retrieval,lays the foundation for improving the quality of service so as to mine the potential value of the sci-tech novelty retrieval in the scientific research work of universities.
