摘要
采用毛细管气相色谱法分离测定脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚混合物,对色谱条件进行了考察和优化,确定了最佳色谱条件:程序升温200℃(2 min),10℃/min,340℃(∞);气化室温度350℃;离子化室温度350℃;载气N2,流速30 mL/min;柱前压10 Psi(约69 kPa);氢气流速20 mL/min;空气流速300 mL/min;进样量0.4μL。在此条件下各组分分离效果好,分析速度快,灵敏度高,峰形尖锐,工作效率高。通过气相色谱法对各组分定量分析,确定了各组分相对含量。同时,用色谱-质谱联用仪对各组分进行了定性分析,为更有效的应用提供了依据。
By capillary gas chromatography separation of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene mixture,the chromatographic conditions were investigated and optimized.The optimum conditions was determined as follows: procedures warming of 200 ℃(2 min) 10 ℃/min 340 ℃(∞);gasification room temperature of 350 ℃,ionization chamber temperature of 350 ℃;contained gas: N2 of 30 mL/min,pre-column pressure of 10 psi;hydrogen flow rate of 20 mL/min;air flow rate of 300 mL/min;sample volume of 0.4 μL.Under these conditions,we could obtain better separation,faster analysis,higher sensitivity and narrower peaks,thus enhancing work efficiency.The relative content of each component could be determined through quantitative analysis of the component.At the same time,the qualitative analysis of various components was performed with color MS,which provided the basis for a more effective application of the chromatographic analysis p.
